What this browser implementation does
The daily equations are ports of TUWmodel 1.1-1 and airGR 1.7.9. GR4J and GR6J use the same default reservoir initialisation as airGR. CemaNeige uses five equal-area elevation bands and Valéry's precipitation and temperature extrapolation. Because CAMELS-CL supplies elevation summaries rather than a 101-point DEM curve, the band elevations come from a documented hypsometric proxy preserving the reported minimum, median, mean and maximum elevations.
All simulations begin in 1979, so the default 2014–2019 display window has a long warm-up. Performance scores are diagnostic only; the sliders do not optimise parameters.
